Today I would like to present you another very special timepiece made by Derek Pratt for Urban Jürgensen: A calendrier perpetuel, chronographe rattrapante & répétition minutes
The timepiece is based on a Louis Elysee Piguet ébauche, which were included back then when Peter Baumberger bought Urban Jürgensen. It was then Derek Pratt who finished these ébauche movements into extraordinary timepieces. The case is all made by hand as well as the dial.

Today I would like to present you another very special timepiece made by Derek Pratt for Urban Jürgensen: A Calendrier Perpetuel with two tone art déco style case.
The movement is based on a 18" LeCoultre ébauche from circa 1915 and is all finished by Derek Pratt himself. The more, the two tone yellow and white gold art déco style case is as well all made by hand by Derek Pratt, so is as well the beautiful guilloché main dial and the moon phases.
Such a beautiful, elegant and understated timepiece (Sorry for the bad quality of the photos).

Today I would like to show you something very special: A Tourbillon pocket watch by Urban Jürgensen which was entirely made by legendary watchmaker Derek Pratt.
Derek Pratt made only about a dozen of Tourbillon pocket watches, all entirely made by hand with pure craftsmenship.
I do love these pocket watches made by Pratt so much, the design, the architecture of the movements, cases and dials. If ever you got the chance to buy one example, take that chance, because you might never see one again. And they won't get cheaper ;)
