Dear watch aficionado.
This is a beautiful Bovet Chronographe Mono-Rattrapante from the 1950s. The interesting thing about this watch is that it functions like a flyback. When pressing the button at the 4 o'clock position, the seconds hand stops and upon releasing it, it catches up the really elapsed time. This example does wear a beautiful black glossy dial with superb gilt writing, Bovet writing in silver and matching luminous indexes.
