Patek Philippe 130 steel 2 tone Sector Dial signed Walser Wald plus Telemeter Scale

Dear watch aficionado.

This amazing Patek Philippe 130 steel with its amazing 2 tone Sector Dial signed Walser Wald plus Telemeter Scale is for me personally the most beautiful timepiece that I was allowed to offer to one of my gentlemen collectors.

When talking about rarity, well this is a timepiece that one could describe as an exceedingly rare watch. First of all, the two tone Sector Dial and than as well double signed with Walser Wald, probably unique. Plus it has the Telemeter Scale which is as well confirmed by the extract. The case was in sublime condition and the dial, a real feast for the eyes, probably untouched. These hand-engraved dials are really mind-blowing and this one was really one of the nicest and certainly one of the rarest that can be seen.

Bovet Monorattrapante with its amazing gilt black gloss dial

Dear watch aficionado.

This Bovet Monorattrapante with its amazing gilt black gloss dial was for me one of the most beautiful chronographs. Well, it is far away from the price range of a Newman or 130 PPC, but for me, the combination of the very interesting Monorattrapante mechanism, its perfect size of 38mm and the unbelievable beautiful dial made this a perfect timepiece for me personally.

Such a nice detail of the dial on the photo above. The black dial, with its gilt indexes and in contrast to that the Bovet signature in white. All the lume was correct on this example with its matching hands. A serious gem of a chronograph. Unfortunately I had to leave this one go a while ago and so I think that is a bit the dilemma when doing your greatest passion as a job / being a watch dealer. But as I know that this beauty did find a good place in a collection of a great gentleman collecor, I'd say that memories can be something nice too.

On this photo you can see the oxidation around the pusher button, which is always a good sign that the watch is untouched plus this 6263 still retains its green sticker on the case back. This is a serious time capsule and a dream timepiece for every distinguished gentlemen collector.

NEW at my boutique ----> Grieb & Benzinger Blue Sensation - Patek Philippe for Tiffany & Co. split second chronograph from 1889

Dear watch aficionado.

This amazing and extraordinary timepiece was made in collaboration of Hermann Grieb and Jochen Benzinger. For this Blue Sensation they chose a sublime and rare Patek Philippe split second chronograph movement from 1889 that was made for Tiffany & Co. More than 1000 hours of pure craftsmenship were necessary to get this sublime and unique final result. The movement was rebuild by Herrmann Grieb to result in this beautiful Régulateur display. The complete movement is finished with guilloché-main, gravé-main and squeletté-main by Jochen Benzinger. The case is hand-made of Platinum, 265gr.

Rolex 6239 Paul Newman ----> perfect example, the naked truth

Dear watch aficionado.

When it comes to vintage Rolex timepieces, things are getting quite complicated, because as I always like to say: "With Rolex, the exception is the rule". One can find quite some Newman Daytonas, either 6239, 6241, 6262, 6264, 6263 or 6265 but to find the ones in extraordinary and perfect condition is not always the very easy task but surely the greatest challenge and I do really love these kind of challenges.

And this 6239 Newman three color white dial is in extraordinary condition and so I wanted to share these 3 photos of the "naked" dial with you. As you can see on the photos it is plain perfect, the colors, the lume, the fonts, the correct early Singer stemp on the back. To find such perfect examples is the best feeling one can have.
